Just a couple of things worth mentioning below :

Turn around time for incoming repairs – All jobs go into a queue and they generally get looked at within 3-5 days depending on how busy I am at the time.

It is not possible give an estimate on what a repair will cost until I’ve actually looked inside it on the workbench to determine what is wrong and what parts/components are needed and how much time I may need to spend on the unit repairing it.

In regards to quotes I can’t really do these due to the nature of the job. Sometimes it takes longer to fix something than initially thought. My estimates however are generally within the ballpark costs that I’ve indicated. If I feel that the repair cost could escalate while working on your repair, I will touch base first to discuss it further.
